Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect your email address so we can send you what you asked for, and we don't sell it. Details below.

1. What we collect

Your email address. We ask for it in two situations:

• when you request the free version of Clarabeam Focus
• when you purchase a paid product

Purchase information. If you buy something, our payment provider (Creem) processes the transaction. We receive confirmation that a purchase happened, and the email address associated with it — but we never see or store your card details.

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party profiling scripts on this site.

2. How we use it

• to deliver the product you requested
• to send you occasional updates about the product you have — for example, when we ship a new version or fix something
• to respond if you contact us

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Who else is involved

Delivering a digital product requires a few service providers. Each only sees what it needs to:

• Creem — payment processing and tax compliance. Creem acts as Merchant of Record and processes your payment details. See Creem's privacy policy for how they handle that data.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and email forwarding. Emails sent to support@clarabeam.com are routed through Cloudflare to our inbox.
• Notion — the platform the template lives on. Using the template means using your own Notion account, under Notion's terms.
• Google Fonts — this site loads a typeface from Google's font service, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when you visit.

4. How long we keep it

Your email stays on our list until you ask us to remove it. If you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, we remove it and won't contact you again.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what we hold about you
• correct it
• delete it

6. Children

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

7. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top and, if the change is significant, email you about it.
