Clarabeam Focus is a digital product delivered as a Notion template. When you complete a purchase, you receive access to a link that duplicates the template into a Notion workspace you control.
You need a Notion account to use it. The template is designed to work on Notion's free plan; you do not need a paid Notion subscription.
When you purchase Clarabeam Focus, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and modify the template for your own personal or professional work.

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our products. This means Creem is the legal seller of record, and handles payment processing, invoicing, and the collection and remittance of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) on your purchase. Your card statement will show Creem as the seller.
If Clarabeam Focus is not right for you, email support@clarabeam.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms and no explanation required.
Refunds are processed by Creem and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
The template is provided "as is". We work to keep it compatible with Notion, but we do not control Notion and cannot guarantee it will remain compatible with every future change Notion makes. If something breaks, email us and we will fix it — updates are free for as long as we operate.
Clarabeam Focus is a productivity tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing we provide is medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. It is not a treatment or diagnosis for ADHD or any other condition. If you need support with your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
